I broke this jar:getting ready for my sale yesterday. Sad, I know. Vintage! Tragic. But I made these gorgeous beads:from the broken pieces. Recycling at it's finest, I'd say :) And I am going to give them away at my sale this Saturday!! How do you get in on this? Just show up at my sale on Saturday, 8a.m. until noon--gets your name in the box once. Spend at least $10.00 at my sale--get your name in again!! I'll draw for a lucky winner to receive the entire set of 31 green recycled beads. Yum!!
I actually did finish another piece for my shows coming up, the Second Sister: Remember the First Sister? One more to make, I think, before my first show of the fall season. Ask to see her when you come over on Saturday, why don't you?
you won't want to miss!! This Saturday, September 4th, 8a.m. until noon. Craft Destash! I have beads from my personal stash:A lovely selection of books and magazines: And lots more!! More pics this week as I go through more things :)
I worked all week on this cuff: Does anyone out there know what the center stone is? (Carla says it's Chita Jasper) The ones on either side of the center are black onyx. At the back are labordorite stones:
Lots of seed bead stitching!!
All leather interior, as you can see. Don't ask what the white spot is--maybe something on the camera lens?
