Made on copper wires, about 4" long.  Lots of room to get crazy with your wraps;)

These are a bit Chihuly inspired

And of course some leaves!

I have a nice handful of each type ready for my next show.  I will no doubt be listing some on Etsy as well.  In time, folks!

Stinky Dog Bead Challenge Reveal!!

Reveal Day!

First, a necklace, of course!  I used the large ring, inserted a button, then hung the gorgeous bird from it:

After I finished the necklace, I went on an earring-making binge:).

First pair:

Second (and favorite) pair:

I had to get out some seed beads for the third pair:

The double-hole beads were a bit of a challenge, but I managed to pull these out:

Finally, a full shot of the necklace:

Here is a list of the other participants...be sure to check out what they made!!

Bead Soup Blog Party Reveal!

Reveal day!  You can see what I received from my partner here!

This is the lovely focal that my partner, Kristi Brokaw made.....all dolled up with some fun fringe.

And a shot of the entire necklace:

Matching earrings:)

I had to put the matching clasp on the side.  It is so lovely that I didn't want to hide it in the back!

I used the Amethyst and the gorgeous peals for the back and down the sides:

It's very photogenic, right?

I don't usually love purple, I tend to go more towards the blues/greens.  But I really love the gold and purple combo I was sent.  This piece went together easily..it flowed without any second-guessing about what it wanted to be.

Now that you have seen my creation, please go check out some of the other participants!  Here's a link!

And more....

I am on a serious jewelry-making frenzy.  Who knows why?  It is best to just go with these things as they come along.  I am sure I will get back to bead making soon:)

I finished my Pitaya Necklace from Jill Wiseman Designs!

I didn't follow the exact design, deciding to replace most of the beaded beads with my Lampwork beads.

I did make a single focal beaded bead, and naturally had to add a bit of fringe!
